Supporting and driving global finance policy compliance and implementation of internal/external audit recommendations. Driving the performance of the Regional Centres through monitoring of SLA?s and KPI?s. Supporting Commercial/Supply Chain finance teams. Optimise performance by driving best practice across the regional centres and championing contiuous improvement across the financial function. Leading the optimisation approach as R2R Global Process Lead. Supporting role in the development of new system & process roadmaps. Working with the global function & IT Business Partner to prioritise new process/system requirements. Supporting role in assessing change impacts on system & processes for new releases bi-annually. Work through sharing best practice & managing change impacts. Key Attributes/Skills: Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with financial control, reporting and processes experience. Extensive experience of managing, driving and monitoring performance of Finance Shared Service Centers Extensive SAP knowledge across finance processes.
