As the Service/ Maintenance Supervisor you will supervise a team of 10 industrial refrigeration engineers, delegating work load and planning service/ maintenance for industrial cooling projects. You?ll cover quotations, orders and estimates for large cooling / industrial refrigeration service and maintenance contracts. The role will see you working with customers actively account managing from the office and face to face on site to achieve consistent customer satisfaction to grow that account to achieve further work in the future. Ideally you?ll have worked as a Service Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Service Manager or a Senior Engineer with prior experience supervising, team leader and being a lead engineer. Having a good understanding of refrigeration is crucial, either heavy commercial with prior small to large industrial refrigeration or process cooling experience or current industrial refrigeration/ cooling experience.
