(dependent on experience) competitive salary Opportunity for paid overtime (voluntary) Full-time permanent role Based in the prestigious Harley Street Annual leave Paid sick leave Working in our Operations Team alongside our pharmacists and personal assistants Private pension scheme Training opportunities Access to an Employee Assistance Programme All IT equipment provided Role The tasks to be undertaken, but not limited to, include: Prescription post duties - overseeing the prescription delivery and management system Filing of electronic documents Review, upload and update registration forms Minuting meetings Ordering and managing office stock items Responsible for daily reception lists Support the tracking of complaints and their responses Manage monthly compliments newsletter Support Operational Team members with collation of documents Ensuring clinic rooms are prepared before/after clinics Support clinicians with administrative functions for report sharing uploading and collation Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone that can join our close-knit, supportive team who is organised, self-motivated, has great attention to detail, promotes excellent customer service skills and understands that the little details are important. Private practice or psychiatry-clinic experience is desirable but not essential.
