Job Title: Administrator Location: Teesside Salary : Competitive Job Purpose The purpose of this role is providing administrative support to clients and all departments across the partnership to ensure a professional, consistent, and excellent administration service is provided to all stakeholders. Responsibilities: Diary management for CEO and Operations director Arranging board meetings and ensuring all requirements for travel arrangements, logistics and welfare are appropriately managed. Office management, including ordering and managing consumables. General office duties including stationary, office printers etc. Executive travel arrangements. Accommodating site visits and stakeholder events. Business documents management controls, archiving etc. Management of team annual leave. Room booking, office training and day to day operations of the office. Maintain office systems. Key contact for business partners in the dealing with emails and telephone calls. Ensure all orders and drawings are processed within agreed time deadlines, with quotations and general enquiries responded to in a timely and professional manner. Manage the order process from creation and issuing of purchase orders to invoicing, resolving queries at each step of the process. Collection of delivery notes and approval of invoice Archive and invoice of orders. Coordinate shipments to different departments in a timely and cost-effective manner. Manage time and workload effectively to ensure the highest standards of service. Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management. Essentials: Demonstrable experience of handling telephone calls preferably within a service organisation or help desk role where departmental results are achieved by teamwork Exceptional administration experience. Exceptional organisational skills. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident speaking to clients and colleagues face to face, over the telephone, and by email. The ability to check work for accuracy and have good attention to detail. Be able to demonstrate your initiative to solve problems. Flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities. Excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Maintain and update company website and social media.
