You will help us to create success for our learners, candidates, clients and colleagues by providing a high quality, innovative and efficient IT service that delivers technology to support Kaplan?s business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as part of a Service Desk, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader. What you?ll bring to the role Demonstrable problem solver with an analytical approach to solving complex problems, and determination to see problems through to resolution. Exposure to or experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Ability to learn and apply knowledge of complex systems. Experience supporting Microsoft technology stack and end user applications. Experience working in an ITIL service framework (Desirable). Experience working with regulatory compliance PCI, SOX, ISO 27001 and GDPR (Desirable). Awareness to be able to prioritise tasks and time box. Excellent communication skills.
