Along with your team you will deliver outstanding services that meet contractual requirements and put people first. You will be responsible for ensuring safe operational standards and agreed performance targets are met within our care & support services. About you We are looking for someone with: Experience of managing a service for supported accommodation services Experience of communicating objectives and managing performance targets to achieve the desired expectations. Ability to identify, plan and prioritise tasks effectively. Two years? experience in a leadership or manager role. Be an effective team leader with strong values-based ethos - caring, empathic, supportive, flexible and a resilient can-do attitude. Ability to listen and communicate clearly, encourage feedback and reflection, empower, motivate and gain improvements. Why Riverside?
