As a Business Development Manager, you will: Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring growth and alignment with KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and implementation. Drive strategic market penetration through consultative selling and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities valued at 63 million annually. Conduct proactive customer engagement via in-person and virtual meetings. Align customer needs with innovative packaging solutions to create tailored strategies. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure efficient handovers to Packaging Consultants. Deliver value-driven pitches that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements About You: You?re someone who: Has a proven track record in strategic B2B sales, preferably within packaging or a similar consultative industry. Is a natural networker with excellent relationship-building skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs. Is commercially astute, with the ability to align client challenges with innovative solutions. Brings high energy, creativity, and perseverance to their role. Benefits Hours: 41¼ per week. Salary: 60-70K potential ~ 5-10K company bonus scheme. Location: Attend HQ in Leeds 1 day per week, but can be based in Yorkshire, East Midlands, West Midlands, North West.
