Summary We?re looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us at Charterhouse. If you?re brilliant at organisation and creating order, and you love working with people, upholding high standards in service and presentation, then this could be the role for you. What it?s like to work here Reporting to the Property Operations Manager, you?ll work within a team small six staff, and will typically work between Wednesday and Sunday and including Bank Holiday Mondays. All staff will also work alongside a team of one hundred and twenty volunteers. You?ll regularly be the duty manager, which includes overseeing the day-to-day operations and co-ordination of the property. What you?ll be doing This is a busy place, there?s a lot going on and you?ll find that no two days are the same. Generally, you?ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team, along with overseeing contractors and delivering facilities tasks. Your focus will be on co-ordinating group bookings, managing all aspects of their visit, managing, and overseeing the property inbox plus the many other administrative aspects of the role including producing invoices, financial reporting, and ordering supplies. You?ll manage the office, oversee annual facilities checks and play a key role in managing the rota, and supporting in day-to-day activities across the site. You?ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there?s a better way of doing something. You?ll sometimes work outside and travel to other National Trust sites.
