As we continue to grow, we?re looking for a talented Export Packing Manager to join our team and develop their own department. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Casemaker to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and running your own department, ensuring the efficient and safe packing of export goods. Full Dangerous Goods (DG) training will be provided, and we?re looking for someone who is eager to learn and take ownership of their role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the export packing department Develop processes and procedures for efficient packing and shipment Prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines Ensure safety and compliance standards are met at all times Operate various cutting tools, including rip saw, band saw, wall saw, and cross-cut saw Manage stock, tools, and equipment within the department Foster a culture of continuous improvement and commercial awareness Actively interact with both new and existing customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions About You: We are looking for a self-driven, proactive individual who is keen to progress their career. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in case making and preferably an understanding of export packing requirements but this is not essential, as full training will be provided Experience using power tools (rip saw, band saw, wall saw, and cross-cut saw) Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prioritize effectively A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team leadership potential or experience Excellent interpersonal skills for working with customers Salary & Benefits: Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Annual Bonus Scheme Career Growth: We provide full DG training and are committed to helping you develop professionally Supportive Environment: You?ll be working alongside a talented and supportive team in a role where you can truly make an impact Ready to take the next step in your career and help shape the future of our Export Packing department?
