Program: Business Administration SCQF Level 6 Location: 11 Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RF Duties: [will be to:] Acknowledge Advocates? incoming mail and distribute outgoing Advocates? papers, liaise with couriers Distribute and scan correspondence within Advocates Clerks? area Cover reception duties within the Advocates Clerks? office Cover the management of centralised stationery deposit Print and collate the Advocates instructions and large volume case papers Monitor Criminal Justice Secure Mail and distribute court minutes to clerks Maintain centralised printers/copiers liaising with external and internal departments Complete typing requests from clerks and members Management of security passes including issuing new passes and replacements Dispose of confidential papers Carry out any other duty as reasonably assigned by the Clerks? Support Supervisor Desirable skills: A basic school education of four National 4?s or National 5?s (or equivalent), including English. The job holder will also be able to demonstrate competent numeracy skills. The ability to demonstrate competent keyboard skills, is essential. Salary: 15,000 per annum Working week: Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 5.00pm, 35hrs a week.
