Job Title: Clinical Technical Specialist Company: Inizio Engage Location: West London Salary: Competitive Inizio Engage is delighted to be working with a global device company to recruit a Clinical Technical Specialist to work within the Sacral Neuromodulation therapy area. The role of the Technical Consultant within the Sacral Neuromodulation therapy team is required to work in line with business needs in order to grow the company?s business and market share whilst ensuring optimum therapy outcomes for patients. You will need to develop strong relationships with customers, providing onsite technical support, liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service and product solutions according to customer needs whilst improving the entire customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and engage in self-directed learning and classroom training. Stay informed on competitors and promote company products aligned with clinician and service needs. Lead the technical support for customers, managing theatre and clinic sessions for trials, implantation, and programming. Serve as a liaison between the company, clinical, and non-clinical customers, addressing inventory management and technical inquiries. Provide and identify appropriate training at the account level and participate in regional nurse training programs. Track and report on key account metrics, assisting field sales representatives and business development managers. Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage customer and patient interactions with company devices. Qualifications: Healthcare-related experience with a commercial mindset. Knowledge of theatre etiquette and hospital policies regarding industry interactions. Experience in clinical or technical interactions with healthcare professionals and patients. Proficiency in local language(s) and business English. Skills/Competencies: Ability to operate in a matrix environment and collaborate across functions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledgeable in educating customers on product offerings and programming skills. Confidence in troubleshooting complex cases. Strong clinical competencies and ability to present clinical studies effectively. Support sales representatives and manage product inventory and billing processes. Why Join Us?
