What you will be doing:? STARK UK is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Compliance Coordinator to join our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team. In this vital role, you will assist with the coordination of property compliance, liaising with approved contractors, branch operations and other internal functions, ensuring our sites meet industrial premises regulatory safety requirements. You will be required to: Assisting with the preparation for applying for quarterly budgets Assisting with the management of these budgets Instructing contractors to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) inspections Attending meetings & liaison with the Contractors Reviewing inspection reports to act on findings Raising orders for quotes less than 10k Adding quotes to the ordering system for projects above 10k that require authorisation Reviewing completion documents across compliance disciplines Approving invoices on the PO system Filing completed documents on off-line servers and on online company portal (Alpha Tracker) for all compliance activities Updating individual Trackers for compliance activities Responding to branch queries regarding compliance activities Liaising with other functions to ensure all the branch network has compliance covered Maintaining team trackers logging branch changes/transitional locations, paused compliance, refurb, new sites and branch closures Liaising with the Property Estate in relation to non-trading locations and the required compliance requirements. What you?ll need to have:?
