Job Title: Concierge and Security Assistant Contract Type: Permanent Salary: 24,627 per annum Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Shifts are 7.30am-2.30pm and 2pm-10pm. Set days Wednesday - Sunday - Rotas on a 4 weekly cycle consisting of alternating shift patterns. The difference you will make as a Concierge and Security Assistant This role is based between Centenary House - High Risk Complex Needs scheme (33 beds) and Newstead House Female scheme (6 beds) You will act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a reception area as required and use company intranet (RIC), e-mail and other basic correspondence where appropriate and necessary. Implement night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme and respond to faults as discovered. You will also monitor access to schemes and visitors and meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices, reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour. You must have experience of working with vulnerable adults within a homeless setting and desirable experience of working with DV/Substance Misuse/Mental Health. About you We are looking for someone with: Experience of working in a customer focused environment Ability to demonstrate IT Skills to include a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside; and complete relevant IT training where required Commitment to equal opportunities and promoting non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work you undertake.
