Manager, Corporate Finance Advisory Due to ongoing expansion, our Corporate Finance and Capital Advisory Practice is now looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join their team based in our Birmingham Office. We are seeking a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) to join as Corporate Finance Manager. You will ideally have 2-3 years Lead Advisory and debt and equity fundraising experience within M&A / Corporate Finance and will be looking for an opportunity to really accelerate your career within a fast-growing specialist advisory firm in this space. Responsibilities will include: This position will involve working on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including M&A deals (buyside and sellside) raising finance (both debt and private equity), MBO?s, EOT?s, shareholder restructurings and management advisory work. As a Manager you will be fully involved in all aspects of Lead Advisory work on a broad range of transactions working with a Managing Director. You will actively support the Managing Director in developing and enhancing the profile and reach of the Quantuma Advisory Corporate Finance brand across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region including meeting with connectors and businesses to promote our services. You will also work across our Lead Advisory based in other national offices, engaging and collaborating with Managers, Directors, and Managing Directors, giving you a great opportunity to gain direct exposure to those managing projects. Involvement in managing a broad range of key deliverables on transactions, such as ; producing key commercial analysis and business plans for presentation to financial institutions or acquisitive clients; financial modelling; drawing up information memorandum and pitch presentations; identifying buyers on business disposals, managing due diligence and legal processes and assisting with business development activities. Requirements: The successful candidates will have a strong academic background, be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) and have trained ideally at a Top 10 firm. 2-3 years previous exposure to corporate finance in the lower / mid-market (buyside / sellside / fundraise etc). Prior experience of Debt Advisory is preferable but not a requirement Strong communication skills are a prerequisite. A good technical knowledge of accounting and keen commercial outlook on business is essential.
