Role: Customer Service Apprentices Location: Liverpool Salary: 17,270 Per Annum, Upon successful completion of apprenticeship, Salary: 24,255 - 25,876 Plus up to 2000 performance related bonus per annum Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Nonday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm During the apprenticeship, you will: Work with a Training and Development Coach to develop a professional development plan that is personalised to your needs. Attend monthly, online Masterclasses on topics such problem solving, customer service and delivering results. Receive 1:1 support from Coaches who have significant experience of being a customer services adviser within the financial sector. Get six-hours of study time, per week. Be able to attend workshops and guest speaker seminars. What we?re looking for: Friendly and enjoys building relationships with people. Committed to supporting clients using effective communication techniques including asking questions and listening to client responses. Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences by working collaboratively across departments to resolve customer enquiries quickly and provide the right solutions, first time. Able to keep their product and finance services knowledge up to date. Adept at understanding the need to ensure compliance in FCA regulated activities and when amending financial agreements and customer documentation. Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Trustworthy and reliable.
