About the role We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Services Co-Ordinator to join our team at our Newcastle site. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling and resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring accurate document record-keeping. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in the customer service operations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will work closely with internal departments and suppliers to meet customer requirements, manage complaints, and proactively resolve any challenges that arise. To thrive in this role, you?ll need to be highly motivated, ambitious, and able to build and maintain strong working relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About You Minimum Requirements: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
