We are looking for two individual Data Reconciliation Leads to join our P2P and O2C teams on a fixed term contract, as they are in the advanced stages of implementing a large scale transformation programme. The two Leads will need to pick up the processes quickly to deliver high quality data reconciliation summary packs by collating, summarising and reconciling the migrated data, on timelines dictated by the programme?s cutover window. This hybrid role facilitates a great work/ life balance by primarily being based from home. However, you will be required to attend our Leeds Office as required. This role will primarily be based around normal working hours, however, the nature of the role will sometimes require extended working days and potentially weekend work, during specific periods of the project timeline, particular near the cutover period and when we launch. What you?ll be doing: Supporting the program leads with static and transactional data migration and reconciliation. Producing high integrity data reconciliation summary packs. Arranging and hosting meetings with a wide variety of colleagues and invested parties of our client to facilitate the analysis of those packs and resolve any highlighted issues. Identifying any issues arising from the data migration and proactively proposing solutions to minimise or eliminate them. What you?ll bring: Experience in migrating data and data reconciliation processes with large data sets. A background in finance or preferably within P2P or O2C operations. A strong and flexible communication style with the ability to adapt and present to a variety of internal colleagues and clients.
