Company: DF Concerts and Events Department: Marketing and Communications Location: Glasgow, UK Reports to: Gig Marketing Manager Working Hours: 40hrs - Mon to Fri additional event work as required Contract Type: Permanent Role Description The main purpose of the role is to support the Marketing and Communications team, effectively contributing to marketing campaigns, across all DF Concerts brands. The role will assist in populating the various websites, email campaigns and associated social media channels, as well as providing admin support to the full team. Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Proven experience or exposure to a fast-paced marketing role. A demonstrable, rounded understanding of marketing including digital marketing, and communications. Solid understanding of the UK events and festivals landscape. Strong organisational skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlines. Excellent knowledge of best practices across all marketing channels. Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and tools like Mailchimp, Canva, and Monday.com. A passion for all things marketing and a strong desire to learn, create, contribute, and innovate. In-depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics, campaign reporting and conduction customer research. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency. Excellent copywriting, proof reading and interpersonal skills. The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive, and flexible. What the role includes Support the marketing team with a range of administrative and marketing support. Execute social media strategies for all DF brands, including content calendar management and implementation. Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling visual content that drives ticket sales and enhances audience engagement. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate show and festival announcements. Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials including posters, flyers, etc. Analysing and reporting on organic content across digital platform for all DF brands. Research audience and artist demographic information to help shape marketing campaigns. Attend live events to capture and create engaging content for use across various digital platforms. Keep marketing spend up to date for all shows - inputting spend for each show and uploading invoices. Monitor competitors? activities and identify new industry and marketing trends across various platforms. Undertake other activities in support of the marketing team as requested.
