The Director of Studies manages the quality of teaching and ensures K programmes are delivered to the highest possible standard in line with the KI Languages Teaching Standards. They ensure all students have the best Kaplan Experience through top quality customer service and by making the welfare and safeguarding of students a priority. What you?ll bring to the role Essential Qualifications ?Bachelor?s degree ?TEFLQ Status - For example via a DELTA or equivalent Essential Experience ?Experience in administration work (preferably in an ELT environment) ?Experience in dealing with and solving complaints ?Experience in developing learner autonomy ?Experience in effective student counselling and tutorials ?Experience in recruitment ?Experience in student assessment ?Experience in teacher development and conducting teacher observations ?Experience in teaching a variety of levels ?Experience in teaching exam preparation and/or business classes ?Experience in using IWB?s in the classroom ?Significant EFL teaching experience What we do Every year, Kaplan International Languages (KIL) helps students from various countries to develop and improve their English language skills.
