As a Procurement Administrator you will support our procurement team with general administrative duties and order processing. You will be responsible for placing orders for equipment and materials, organising and maintaining documents, updating records, and handling order-related queries. Key responsibilities Assist the Procurement Lead in gathering price quotes and preparing tender documents. Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain and update procurement records, following up with suppliers to track order status. Resolve issues related to incorrect, delayed, or missing orders by working directly with suppliers. Foster strong relationships with key supplier contacts to quickly address and resolve problems. Handle inventory and administrative tasks, including invoice queries, filing purchase orders, and compiling packaging data. Provide additional administrative support to team members as needed. General requirements for the role: Full UK driving licence - must be able to commute to offices. Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrable experience of having built strong working relationships both internally and externally. Creative and organised with an eye for detail.
