Finance Project Lead (Fixed Term) based at Epworth House Derby Fixed Term Contract for 2 years - Full Time - 37 hours per week. Hybrid Working (2 Days in Epworth House, Derby) Join MHA as our Finance Project Lead, where you?ll play a key role in delivering finance transformation projects as part of our wider CEO-sponsored change programme. This senior role is critical in ensuring our financial systems, operational billing, and processes are modern, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead finance-specific workstreams, working closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and project teams to drive successful change. You?ll bring strong project and change management skills, a deep understanding of financial systems, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Key responsibilities include: Leading finance-related transformation projects within a complex, regulated environment. Supporting a large-scale financial system migration, ensuring finance processes are optimised. Collaborating across Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth implementation. Driving stakeholder engagement and change adoption. Ensuring financial governance, risk management, and compliance throughout delivery.
