Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations. Prepare and present fine dining dishes with precision and creativity. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are met. Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness regulations. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage food costs effectively.
