As HR Reporting Specialist at SGN you will leverage HR data and conduct analytics for the purpose of generating HR analytics and insights. This will both support in making and supporting informed evidenced based business decisions. The role involves collaborating across SGN?s HR Operating Model constructs and is responsible for HR data aggregation, integration, analytics and relevant reporting to support the HR value chain activities, drive business growth and enable effective decision making. Analysing HR data to provide insights for workforce planning, optimisation and improvement of HR services Collaborating with HR and business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports Providing workforce analytics to inform business and HR leaders on workforce planning strategies Combining performance management data with recruitment and retention data to provide insights for workforce planning Gathering data and produce various types of reports, including standard, transactional, legislative, and ad-hoc reports Ensuring data integrity within reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation Adhere to SGN data collection, storage, archiving, integrity and reporting procedures Conducting data quality checks and implement improvements to ensure data accuracy Ensuring alignment with SGN?s broader data and reporting strategy, collaborating with relevant stakeholders Providing guidance and clarification on data-related queries and escalations from Shared Services What you?ll need Required to have 5 years of experience in HR Reporting / Data analytics with a strong understanding of HR processes and data structures You are proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), capable of transforming data into compelling stories You have experience working with HRIS systems and a deep understanding of data integrity and reporting best practices You excel at communicating complex data insights to diverse stakeholders, effectively influencing decision making You have a proven track record of managing projects, meeting deadlines and driving process improvements We would prefer if you had relevant industry experience. However, if you don?t have all the qualifications, but think you have other applicable experience that would make you a good fit for the role, we would still love to hear from you.
