Lead and inspire a team of teachers and managers, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the department. ? Drive excellence in teaching standards through effective quality assurance and staff development. ? Manage departmental resources and budgets to maximise student experience. ? Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and employers. ? Champion innovation in teaching and learning, including the integration of vocational skills. ? Contribute to teaching within your specialist area. What We?re Looking For: ? A proven education leader with at least 2 years? experience as a Programme Leader or Deputy Head of Curriculum. ? Full teaching qualification and relevant degree/professional qualification. ? Strong track record of setting and achieving challenging improvement targets. ? Excellent people management and communication skills. ? Commercial acumen and budget management experience. ? Passion for inclusive education and student success. ?
