You will be working closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract the best talent, while also playing a key role in building our presence at career fairs, school talks, and assessment centres. How you?ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm? Work closely with operational hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of current vacancies and the skills and attributes needed for success in frontline roles. Update and tailor job adverts with a specific focus on attracting a diverse range of candidates, particularly those for frontline positions, ensuring we reach underrepresented communities. Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to reach a wide candidate pool, ensuring we?re visible to those seeking operational careers. Provide support in screening CVs, reviewing applications, and creating tailored interview packs for both assessment centres and individual interviews. Plan, organise, and run engaging assessment centres, ensuring they are a positive and effective experience for all candidates. Support in the design of exercises and assessments that accurately reflect the operational challenges of the roles. Represent SGN at school career talks, career fairs, and networking events, engaging with potential candidates and promoting SGN as an employer of choice. Act as a brand ambassador, giving insight into the operational roles available and creating lasting connections with future talent. Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data, producing regular reports on progress and outcomes to ensure recruitment targets are met. Work closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, maintaining open communication with key stakeholders and supporting on ad-hoc recruitment campaigns.
