Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and organised Inclusion Assistant to support our UK and European offices. Reporting to the Inclusion Executive, you will help implement the Inclusion strategy, action plans, and awareness days. You will be part of a 10-member team spread across the UK. This role sits as part of the SESG team which is split across three of our UK offices, London, Manchester and Belfast. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the D&I calendar and promote awareness days, communicating with key stakeholders (e.g. European offices) and other departments (e.g. Marketing) to ensure collaboration across the firm. Arrange meetings, organise agendas, and take minutes. Update and maintain inclusion webpages and intranet pages. Create marketing and communication materials. Support with the monitoring and progress of business services inclusion action plans. Measure and evaluate inclusion initiatives. Provide support during events. Manage the inclusion inbox and respond to queries. Provide administrative support to the Inclusion Executive and wider team. Experience & Skills: Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail. Team player with initiative. Willingness to learn.
