A fantastic opening for an experienced Legal Account Cashier to assist with the day-to-day functioning of the office cashiers? team in Edinburgh. About the role Our Legal Account Cashiers service covers all of our UK offices and some international offices too. An individual who likes to be challenged, kept busy and thrives on no two days being the same would flourish in this role! In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including: Accessing, monitoring and using various electronic banking systems Capturing details of receipts into bank accounts, investigating and allocating Posting bank receipts on to our systems to the relevant client file/invoice/location Monitoring the central mailbox for requests and queries Assisting with bank reconciliations Obtaining credit card payments Dealing with client funds in accordance with the SRA Rules Assisting with auditor queries Processing of transfers between client accounts and business accounts Ad hoc duties such as document management and retention About you We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one.
