Working alongside the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will be the technical project lead for our Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations and projects, helping to research, define and roll out our strategic priority projects, with support from our technical CRM agency. You will also be mentoring and supporting the Marketing Communications Executives to ensure they can support on technical project delivery and be able to maintain and troubleshoot those projects post launch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a CRM Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader. What you?ll bring to the role Salesforce Marketing Cloud email specialist certification. Organised, proactive and a sound project manager. Significant experience with and a passion for technically complex CRM communications. Analytical mindset with a view to keep optimising and troubleshooting project delivery as a team. Solid understanding of CRM technologies. Strategic business thinking and ability to drive transformation. Energy managing stakeholders, identifying business opportunities and translating them to Marketing communications. Strong working knowledge of GDPR best practices. Focus on end-users as well as other emotional influencers (family members, teachers). Ability to work collaboratively with cross department teams and agencies, including Digital Marketing peers and non-technical stakeholders.
