As the Office Assistant, you will be providing full and comprehensive administration support for the Partners and Fee Earners based at the Belfast Office. Day to day you?ll be conducting general administration tasks to support the efficient operation of the firm which could include (but not limited to) file audits, archiving, updating templates, raising IT tickets, scanning, copying and filing. Additional duties will consist of drafting basic court documents and standard letters, allowing you to gain a real insight into the legal world. This role would be great for someone who is keen to pursue a career in law and work their way up in the organisation. What do I need? Above all we hire based on potential so, if you are enthusiastic, hardworking and keen to learn, we are able to offer you the training and support to develop your skills and flourish. You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office with experience with using office equipment such as copiers, printers and scanners, ideally with a background in customer service or administrative support roles.
