Your Mission at Elis Implement the Elis Production Essentials framework. Adhere to Health and Safety policies within the Production/Engineering departments. Ensure customer deliveries meet quality standards and are cost-effective. Optimise plant management in line with capacity, forecasts, and budgets. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and engage staff in enhancement projects. Forecast volume and resource needs; manage activities within budget. Support the GM and collaborate on strategic plans for operations and capital requests. Manage and develop all employees, including absence, performance, grievances, and training. Promote cross-departmental collaboration for issue resolution and foster a "One Team" culture. Analyse performance data and recommend improvements. Champion environmental sustainability through energy reduction strategies. What will make you stand out? Proficiency in IT, including MS Office. Strong communication and direct people management experience. Experience in leading and recruiting high-performance teams. Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills. Competence in planning, organising, and implementing teamwork. Willingness to work flexible hours and financial acumen. Analytical skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Attention to detail and commercial/supply chain experience. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Lean (Six Sigma) methodologies. Educational Background and Experience: Proven experience in production, supply chain, or service management. A degree or equivalent qualification in lean manufacturing/process industries.
