Oversee the daily operations of outsourced services, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics , to ensure targets are met and areas for improvement are identified. Manage, develop and lead a team of Team Leaders and CSA?s, setting operational goals, providing guidance, support and direction and promoting a positive work environment. Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns promptly and ensure solutions are in place to their satisfaction. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage budgets and optimise resource allocation to meet operational demands.
