Duties include: Becoming a super user of Sage software to assist booking pallet collection ( full training will be given ) and helping with invoices further into the apprenticeship Wide use of Microsoft Packages ? typing in Word and using Excel spreadsheet will also be a requirement for tracking stock, pricing and invoices Using the World Options Portal and DPD Portal to book couriers for collecting items Acting as a first point of contact for customers and clients who contact the office Booking hotels/flights on websites such as booking.com where required for service team and management / visitors Collaborating with wider teams such as sales to support them with tasks Being responsible for the stationary stock and re-ordering when required What do I need to be successful? Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually when required Professional approach towards all aspects of work Good time management, planning and organisational skills Salary: 14,250 per annum. Working week: 35 hours -- 9am till 5pm, Monday - Thursday. And Friday is from 9am to 2:30pm.
