Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with Tesco Bank to support contingent recruitment hiring. On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for 3 x PMO Managers to work in Edinburgh, based hybrid for a 9-month contract. Purpose of the role: Seeking highly skilled and experienced PMO Managers to oversee our separation projects within the organisation. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of various business units and functions, managing rebranding efforts, and facilitating transparent and efficient communication with our customers throughout the process. Key responsibilities: Oversee rebranding efforts across various touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and physical assets. Collaborate with the communications team to develop and execute customer communication strategies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timeliness of messaging. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans as needed. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting project milestones, key metrics, and areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous projects. Managing governance cycle, RAID logs etc. Skills and Qualifications: Leading PMO functions for large-scale organisational changes or separations within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). Demonstrated expertise in rebranding initiatives and customer communication strategies, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. About the client Why Tesco Bank?
