Day to day this may look like - Delivering people initiatives - Actively contribute to key people projects within the people roadmap . Working both independently and collaboratively to design, implement, and deliver initiatives and programs that drive positive employee experience and high performance across Slater Heelis. Change management - Supporting and delivering change initiatives, partnering to embed these changes across the firm by working with teams and leaders, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. Process optimisation - Developing and refining current people processes, looking for opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance overall employee satisfaction. Upskilling - Support the upskilling, coaching, and development of people leaders across the firm. Partnering with them to implement best practices in people management and provide your expertise on developing high-performing teams. People operations - Manage key aspects of people operations throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes coordinating key HR processes (e.g., performance reviews, promotions, employee relations issues) and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within functional areas. Employee relations - Support and partner with leaders to address employee relations matters.
