Main duties of the job Manage an independent caseload, incorporating both routine and complex presentations. Deliver evidence-based, person-centered physiotherapy care. Lead on clinical practice improvements and service development projects. Supervise and mentor unqualified staff, newly qualified physiotherapists, and students. Participate in emergency on-call and a 7-day working pattern. To be successful in applying for this role you will need: Qualifications : BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and HCPC registration. Experience : Comprehensive post-graduate experience in medicine/surgery and evidence of CPD. Skills : Strong clinical reasoning, communication, organisational, and IT skills.
