As a Senior Pricing Analyst, your responsibilities include: Influencing project direction and outcomes across personal lines products Creating innovative data solutions and presenting insights Building and maintaining advanced pricing models using data science techniques Developing automated reporting structures to monitor pricing performance Collaborating with retail, technical pricing, and underwriting teams to improve products and pricing Key Responsibilities: Develop advanced pricing models using traditional and data science techniques for Private Car, Commercial Vehicle, and Home accounts Advance data science adoption across pricing and underwriting Research and leverage new data sources, capturing trends with innovative features Communicate results to key decision-makers for action Review the performance of key accounts Facilitate task automation Monitor trends and review pricing proposals using specialist software Coach and mentor team members Key Skills and Experience: General insurance pricing experience Proficiency in predictive modelling techniques: Logistic Regression, GBMs, Elastic Net GLMs, GAMs, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Neural Nets, Clustering Experience with programming languages: R, Python, PySpark, SAS, SQL Quantitative degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science) Preferred experience with WTW?s Radar software Strong communication skills
