Project Manager- Case Management-CRM Dynamics Project Manager ideally with full end to end experience of supporting case management systems projects on CRM Dynamics is needed to support our client on a digital transformation project. The Project Manager will be tasked with supporting and driving the redesign of the clients existing case management system on CRM Dynamics to improve and transform the user journey, experience and reporting capability. Project Manager- Case Management-CRM Dynamics- Essential Experience Excellent core Project Management skills with the ability to produce project documentation, manage project plans and stakeholders to deliver on time and budget projects. Experience of working on case management system projects on Microsoft CRM Dynamics. Knowledge of case management systems and processes. Extensive experience of working on Microsoft CRM Dynamics projects with product knowledge of its capability. Experience of web accessibility GDS standards and improve customer journeys. Experience of digital front door services and redesigning these. Experience of working on Agile transformation projects and supporting upskill and skills transfer. Experience supporting data reporting projects to feed into MI and data across complex environments and different organisations. 6 month contract with 2 days per week on site in Manchester. 400- 500 per day inside IR35.
