Your Mission at Elis Our Regional Sales Managers are instrumental in working with our business leaders and operational managers to grow revenue, increase market share and deliver the Elis brand to new businesses within our marketplace. Sales managers lead from the front, work closely with their Regional Team, and spend around 80% of their time in the field coaching, supporting and winning business. Our Regional Sales Managers are inspirational, energetic and have the ability to coach and enhance the performance of their teams, and still be as hungry as the sales professionals in their team to win new business. This team is focused 100% on new business acquisition, supported by robust sales support and account management. This role has no account management responsibility, which allows you and your team to take the Elis service offering out to market. What will make you stand out?
