We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, 24 months fixed term contract covering the Leeds area. About the Role Guinness Homes is growing, and our development portfolio has never been stronger. We are incredibly proud of the outstanding new build developments we will shortly begin marketing, and we need an ambitious and focused Sales Manager based in the Northwest Region to manage a team of motivated Sales Consultants who secure reservations, exchanges, and completions of New Build residential properties. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will manage the sales sites to ensure they are properly resourced and will also be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an outstanding customer experience throughout their buying journey. What we are looking for We are looking for a motivated, focussed, and experienced Sales Manager, with great customer service and leadership skills. You will also be able to demonstrate: Experience of managing multiple new build residential sales schemes across a broad geography. Experience in dealing with intermediate tenures. Proven experience of leading, managing, and motivating teams of sales professionals. Ability to review architectural building plans/drawings. Proven experience of budget management. Proven customer service experience. Experience of achieving sales targets. Ability to produce, implement and monitor Marketing and Sales Strategies. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Excellent knowledge of Residential Sales Legislation. Knowledge of Health and Safety in relation to lone working. Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours. Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard. Essential requirements: Educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or higher. A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year). Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence and onboarding checks. Flexible to cover occasional weekends, time in lieu will be provided. Basic salary is 62,034 OTE of up to 74,441.
