Key Accountabilities: Day-to-Day operational management of the team (inclusive of managing annual leave, sick absence, performance reviews and development) Achieve key KPIs and SLAs, whilst also delivering a value add programme to your clients Create, maintain and develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to forecast outcomes for clients and internal departments (i.e. finance) Manage Profit and Loss to ensure your business area is cost efficient Promote a culture of continuous improvement Why Reed?
