On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to work in Edinburgh, based hybrid for a 9-month contract. Purpose of the role: Looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who specialises in managing rebranding initiatives and customer communication strategies within the context of separations in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless transition of our brand identity and maintaining transparent and effective communication with our customers throughout the process. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the rebranding and customer communication initiatives associated with separations, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and timelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, legal, and IT, to develop and execute comprehensive rebranding plans. Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, visual identity, marketing materials, and digital presence, maintaining consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Develop and implement customer communication strategies, including messaging, channels, and timing, to minimise disruption and maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth integration of rebranded assets and communication channels. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, metrics, and areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in project management, with a focus on leading rebranding and customer communication initiatives in separations within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of branding principles, customer experience management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
