Lifecycle Management: Skilled in monitoring product performance and driving continuous improvement throughout the product-proposition lifecycle. Commercial Acumen: Experienced in developing business cases aligned with targets like revenue, margin, and customer impact. Strategic & Cultural Alignment: Role model and advocate for corporate strategy, fostering collaboration and shared direction. Analytical Skills: Highly numerate with a strong ability to combine market data, financial metrics, and customer insights for decision-making. Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to align cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Go-to-Market. Are we the perfect match? It would be great if you had: Ability to find and build influential relationships and partnerships with peers and senior leaders in customer-facing functions such as Go-to-Market, Customer Service Operations, IT, Data, and wider E.On proposition teams and suppliers. Help shape proposition sales channel strategies to make sure customers realise we will meet their needs better than anyone else. Marshall changes to maintain alignment of touchpoints to customer needs and wants, achieving a seamless, simple and convenient journey for our customers. Here?s what else you need to know: Role may close earlier due to high applications. Fixed term contract for 12 months. We?ll have regular team socials and a corporate Deliveroo account for when the need arises.
