We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Staircasing and Resales Manager to join our Sales division at SNG on a Full Time Permanent basis. Based out of our Bristol office, this role will require occasional travel in our South and West region and to our other offices. You will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 2/3 days per week (days vary by office). You should have access to transport and be happy to travel. You will be responsible for leading and managing a professional staircasing and resales team (3 Direct reports, 4 Indirect reports) ensuring services to all homeowners, are in line with all legal, contractual, regulatory requirements and best practice. The Role With the continued growth and success of the SNG?s shared ownership sales, we are now looking to expand our Staircasing and Resales programme to help even more of our existing shared owners own more of their home. The role will ensure effective performance management of the staircasing & resales team, ensuring transactions are achieved in agreed timeframes and working towards agreed targets displaying corporate behaviours. Responsibilities Include Responsibility for managing and delivering the Staircasing and Resales service Manage annual budgets and targets in line with business plan/corporate strategy Provide regular, timely and accurate performance reports about all aspects of staircasing and resales activity to a range of stakeholders Responsible for providing expert advice, taking ownership of and managing complex issues regarding restrictions or covenants, leases, freehold transfers and relevant planning documents such as Section 106 agreements, nominations agreements and unilateral undertakings to internal stakeholders Taking ownership of developing, leading, motivating and managing a high performing staircasing and resale team ensuring the delivery of a seamless and transparent services that achieves financial and performance targets Ensure customers are supported during the staircasing and resales process by ensuring teams provide effective advice on the process and keep customers updated regularly What we?re looking for You will need strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, leasehold experience is an advantage but it not essential, if you have a successful career in Estate Agency or New Homes in a senior leadership position, your experience will still be relevant.
