Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a new Student Recruitment Manager (MENA) to join our OnCampus Sales team. The Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) has the responsibility of delivering set enrolment targets for OnCampus centres through partner agencies, institutions, sponsors and other recruitment channels, which will involve extensive travelling within the region. The SRM will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a selected network of recruitment channels. The successful candidate will be required to take a pro-active role in follow-up and conversion of students and will work closely with the wider sales and admissions team in achieving this goal. The role is on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is Homebased in the United Kingdom. Other activities as a Student Recruitment Manager, MENA: Achieve new student recruitment and revenue targets in line with revenue growth and ROI objectives. Manage relationships with the agent network in agreed regions. Research, appoint and train new agents and re-activating dormant agents. Provide training to agents and counsellors through visits and training sessions. Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days. Support agent and student visits to centres. Collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up enquiries and applications to convert and recruit new students. Take a lead on follow-up activities to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate, one of the key priorities for this role. Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that the sales tools to promote centres are available, impactful and effective for the region.
