Academics are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a large, welcoming and vibrant school in Newport on a long term basis. About the Teaching Assistant role Start Date - February 2025 End date - July 2025 Pay rate: 85 per day Location - Newport Hours: Full time, term-time only. Key Responsibilities Of A Teaching Assistant Include: Supporting the classroom teacher in the planning, preparation and delivery of learning materials. Supporting small groups of students 1:1 with basic literacy, numeracy and reading skills. Assistaing with general classroom duties.
