Job Description - Telesales Executive x 2 (North & South)
Kingfisher Drinks are recruiting for 2 x Telesales Executives, 1 based in the South and 1 x based in the North. This is a permanent home based opportunity working Tuesday to Thursday 15.00 - 22.00. The salary for this role is 15,000. The Role Kingfisher Drinks is looking for a bright and energetic person to take sole responsibility for their Telesales function for the British Curry Channel in the (Noth/South). This will include contact and supporting both existing and prospective outlets within our core customer base with a dedicated purpose for maintaining customer service, up-selling of the Kingfisher brand and additional products and services and liaising and supporting our team of regional account managers in the British Curry Channel to help grow business in your area. Working Hours Calls to be made between the hours of 15:00 - 22:00, Tuesday - Thursday. For obvious reasons, contact during weekends would be avoided based on this being their busiest trading time, as well as on Mondays (restaurant closures) and Fridays, where outlets will be too busy to accommodate calls. The position offers flexibility as noted in the above ?working hours? section and offers a maximum of 21 hours per week (3 days). The key objectives for the role are: General Account management and Support: Make outbound calls to new & existing customers, supporting and educating customers on Kingfisher drinks and our wider portfolio, working closely with the account managers in the North/South. Generation of a draught installation leads on brands not currently stocked : Discuss with new and existing accounts the opportunity to supply both draught and packed products from the Kingfisher drinks portfolio that are currently not listed in outlets. Prospective Accounts: Contact a pre agreed and individually sourced list of ?new? accounts in your area. Promotions/Offers/Events: Make outbound calls to new & existing customers, highlighting any current deals, relaying information on our latest brands, and discussing up and coming events i.e National curry week. Management of POS, glassware requirements : With the help and support of the relevant account manager. To succeed in this role, you will be expected to: Possess strong administrative skills Manage your time effectively and efficiently to meet the core objectives of the role, ensuring you can complete a full call file (500 outlets) within the quarter (3-month period) - previous experience within a telesales role would be of an advantage A Hindi, Punjabi, or Bengali speaker is desirable but not essential Overcoming objections confidently, and work within strict quality and adherence guidelines Maintain a purpose-built CRM system and follow up on all actions created by each call Always maintain professional and ethical working practices Proactive and organized Willingness to learn and adopt new processes and procedures
