The Marketing and Business Development department at Price Bailey is a high-performing team with a strong digital focus on driving high quality leads into the firm, building on our growing brand and reputation, and positioning the practice as thought-leaders within the industry. Our website, value-added content, and brand generate a number of inbound inquiries, and managing these effectively is key to delivering a professional and successful first interaction with Price Bailey. The successful candidate will play a key role in our Business Development team, supporting both inbound and outbound BD activities to drive new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing and innovative firm of Chartered Accountants, in a role that offers great exposure and a varied working day. What will I be doing? As a Telesales Executive you will have ownership of the following tasks: Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels to create new business opportunities. Providing feedback on client interactions to help shape future BD strategies. Developing and executing outbound BD campaigns, identifying key prospects aligned with our firm?s growth strategy. Building and managing targeted prospect lists, ensuring a structured approach to outreach. Helping to manage, action and document inbound telephone and website enquiries. Generating interest and booking initial consultations with the relevant Price Bailey specialists. Maintaining contact with the client throughout the introductory process, making sure the process is professional and efficient. What experience do I need? Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you: Background in quality customer service, preferably in the financial services sector, with experience in going above and beyond for clients (minimum criteria). An exceptional communicator and confident on the phone and face to face, with the ability to be able to adapt one?s approach to our varied client base (minimum criteria). Ability to articulate service benefits, effectively communicating how our offerings add value to clients. Strategic mindset, understanding the core elements of a successful BD campaign and contributing to continuous improvement. Well-presented and professional. Good IT skills. What?s on offer?
