As the Transition Lead at SGN you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of SGN Business Services (BSC) processes across the entire Hire to Retire and end to end Finance processes. This role will lead and manage the transition of HR and Finance activities from HR and Finance into various business units into the centralised BSC model. The individual will need to ensure a seamless and efficient transition while minimising disruption to employees and stakeholders. Developing and executing detailed transition plans for migrating HR and Finance processes into the Shared Services (SS) model Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition Managing the transfer of knowledge, documentation and systems access to the SS HR and Finance team Analysing existing processes, identify areas for improvement and design efficient standardised processes for the HRSS model Leveraging technology and automation to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy Managing the HR and Finance Oracle roadmap, identifying opportunities for process and system improvements Developing and implement robust SLAs for all HR and Finance SS processes Delivering centralised transactional services across the HR employee lifecycle and core Finance processes Monitoring Process effectiveness, identify areas for continuous improvement and optimise the SS model Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, proactively communicating transition progress and challenges What you?ll need 5 years of progressive experience in Business Services, ideally within HR or Finance, with a proven track record of leading complex process transitions A strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and experience optimising HR and Finance processes An PMP certification or equivalent and have successfully managed complex projects, demonstrating strong leadership and organisational skills A solid understanding of HR processes (Hire to Retire) and experience with HRIS systems, coupled with knowledge of Finance operations Experience working in the power, utilities or renewables sector, bringing relevant industry knowledge to the role We would prefer if you had relevant industry experience.
