Job Title : Vocational Learning/Pastoral Coach Salary: 19,466 - 20,875 per annum Contract: Full-Time, Term Time only, Permanent Hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 / Friday: 08:30 - 16:30 Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Job Description: To be the Vocational Learning/Pastoral Coach in Adult and Community Learning, to support the teacher with planning and preparing for lessons to assist individuals or a group of learners during their attendance at college. We are currently looking for a Vocational Learning/Pastoral Coach to support learners in 16-18 NEET provision within the Adult and Community Learning department. They will support those learners with any additional learning needs aswell as pastoral support for learners with behavioural, or social and emotional needs. The successful candidate must demonstrate and evidence Vocational experience in the relevant subject area. The successful candidate will have: ? An appropriate Level 2 qualification or equivalent, in supporting students with learning difficulties/care or the commitment to complete within an agreed timescale ? Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). ? Youth Work or Safeguarding qualification (Desirable) ? A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role. ?
