Within the position of Workplace Assistant, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy. Key Responsibilities: To work as part of the workplace team providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include; daily touchpoint cleaning duties and reactive housekeeping requests, loading/unloading dishwasher, maintaining the replenishment of consumables and restocking of tea points, loading photocopiers, reconfiguration of meeting rooms/training space, support with floor walks and auditing Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations Supporting of Workplace ServicesAs a brand ambassador for ISS Livv Workplace and the client, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Support Services and Legal requirement.
